Maria Hohenauer project and process management

I have worked with many people across industries for over two decades - from junior project managers to CEOs. My expertise includes tailor-made project management, operational process optimization, the creation of process maps and the establishment of professional project and process management for small and medium-sized companies in CEE.

After my studies (MBA) I worked in Vienna and the Netherlands.

 

In 2001 I started working in the CEE area of REWE International AG, where I managed IT and expansion projects on site, further developed and optimized the ERP and managed international teams from several specialist departments.

 

In 2008 I joined the project and process management department at REWE Int. AG, where I was actively involved in the creation of the business process management strategy and was responsible for the professionalization of project management in the group. Here I overhauled inefficient process flows and systems and strengthened project management through targeted initiatives, as well as developing sustainable and professional PMO and PM talent.

 

In 2017 I switched to the IT development and organization department at REWE Int. DL, where I managed complex organizational and IT system projects.

 

In 2019 I founded HOPE e.U. to combine project management, business process optimization, organizational development and personal coaching in one service (one-stop-shop). Since then, I have been constantly expanding my practice-oriented range of services, which aims to empower project managers and support company owners in maintaining and developing their most important resource - their employees.

 

Today I lead extraordinary, benefit-generating projects and complex programs. In addition, I support companies in inspiring leadership qualities in project management, increasing PM expertise in the organization and sustainably optimizing the engagement of project teams.
